We want you to be happy with Stkvel. If you're not satisfied with a paid Stkvel subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or renewal date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Contact us via the support address listed in your account and we'll help arrange your refund with Paddle.
Processing time
Once approved, refunds are typically issued to your original payment method within a few business days, though your bank or card provider may take longer to make the funds visible.
After the refund period
Outside the 30-day window, subscriptions renew automatically for the term you selected. You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account — after cancelling, you'll keep access until the end of the current billing period and won't be charged again.
